Good machine, but software could stnad improvement. I have been using this a little over a week, and have been happy with the printers performance as a printer, copier, and scanner. After having used an HP all in one for several years the user interface for changing settings, etc. does not seem as user friendly as it could be, but is something I can live with. Love my Brother! What's not to love? It prints quickly and clearly. The fax works with no problems noted. The automatic document feeder is a real time-saver for copying and scanning. Two sided print, prints from my Android and IOS devices. For the techie you can drive down through the menus and adjust just about anything. Great B7W Printer with Scanner & Fax. I have been looking at reviews for a b&w printer that will print double sided automatically, includes a scanner and fax, and this Brother model was the perfect find! I have used it to print bulletins for church, handouts for parishioners, etc. and everything comes out looking great and the printer didn't jam once. As other reviewers have said, the toner pack it comes with doesn't print very many pages, mine printed roughly 250 pages, so do yourself a favor and order a separate toner pack... read more

Easy to Use with an Excellent Feature Set I bought this for my home to save money on buying ink for the inkjet printer. This printer has been excellent for us. With the starter toner cartridge we printed 600 pages. It was easy to setup (I have background in IT), use, and maintain. Most of the setup is well documented in the instructions. not bad for the price I started a new business and I purchased this printer to use as a fax machine. After being in business for a month awaiting a sales call from a copier salesman I am thinking of just purchaseing a second machine for a spare and using them for my copier needs. It took me a month to go thru the demo cartridge. I am impressed....I did not have any issue hooking this printer up over a network. I have printed with this no problem, good quality print. .
