Teachers do try to help students when they need it.
The food is very good compared to other school lunches. They offer options for vegetarians, and the food is often nutritional and is edible.
Miami Arts Charter School is an amazing school. Not only are the academic programs excellent, but so are the teachers and students. The majority of the students get along very well and encourage each other to express themselves through their art, and are not judged by anyone on their beliefs. This school challenges you academically and also helps you develop and perfect your art. If I had to go through highschool all over again I would, without a doubt, choose to go to Miami Arts Charter School again.
The teachers at this school are very good. Their teaching techniques are excellent, even though some of them get replaced from time to time the students still manage to understand the new teacher.
Besides the arts, there are a lot to do at MAC. There are many different clubs to choose from to match every students interests.
Student Involvement: - Because MAC is an arts school, most students have to be involved when it comes to their academics and art classes. Students often help out with different productions when it comes to their art. Peer Pressure: - Peer pressure isn't a big thing at this school. The teachers at MAC are great. Because the school is smaller in population compared to normal high schools, each students gets more attention to help them succeed in the class. Most of the teachers know exactly what they are doing in the class room, and in order to tend to their whole audience, many styles of learning in incorporated into their lessons.
The academics offered at this school include general classes AP/honors classes and classes for The Arts. Students audition for the art class of their choice. When accepted, the arts teachers (weather they are visual artists, musicians, actors/actresses, dancers or creative writers) teach the children to be the best they can be. Next to the arts, the general academics are just as great.
