Not willing to see an owner with more than one pet unless they pay for services prior but never tell you. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't waste your time. Go some place else..... not to mention the staff isn't nice to people.

We do require a deposit for a new client appointments. We did call you multiple times without a response from you. We are working hard to avoid no show appointments so we can remain available to see as many pets as possible. The website instructed you to call us and we wish you had!
This animal hospital is absolutely useless in an emergency. You can’t even get an appointment with them on a Saturday that they are open! My dog got a laceration last evening and refused to see him today and tried to make an appointment for Monday! 2 days after a cut will do nothing for the wound. Would not allow me to speak to a tech or a vet or even the office manager and refused to have any person of management contact me today.
Unfortunately, todays visit (10/25/2021) will be our last to the Miami Valley Animal Hospital. While we have had plenty of positive experiences the previous 4 years, today was a completely unacceptable visit. We brought our 1-year-old canine in for a routine wellness exam with the expectation of a simple in and out visit. While the Vet Tech Abigail J. and our Primary Veterinarian Dr. R. We are sorry that todays visit wasn’t your best. Unfortunately, once a dog lunges at our doctor in an aggressive manner and the owners are unable to muzzle the dog due to that same aggression, we do have to ask that you keep your dog on a short leash. This is for the safety and welfare of all involved. We are so glad that you are getting some training and would also suggest “happy visits” without treatments for temperament building. We are here to help any way we can.
I’ve been going here for 15 years and have never had a problem until 2020. The veterinarians are amazing and so are the techs and receptionists. The problem is the new office manager who doesn’t know what she’s doing. I have never left this building without paying and have always been on a paw plan to keep up with my dogs annual wellness which came out of my account every month for multiple dogs for years!
