I have never had any problems with them until now. I left a voice mail to schedule a post-surgical follow-up. No one called back so I left another voice mail 24 hours later. This was last Monday and Tuesday and I still have not received a call. I will be seeking a new veterinary practice due to the non-responsiveness of the staff.

I needed to reschedule an appointment and called two hours in advance, and was told that I would be charged $25. I’ve been a customer there for over nine years and take both of my dogs there and I find this treatment ridiculous. I’m not going back, It’s time to find a new vet
They can improve their attitudes and beliefs. Apparently their attitude is that if you are poor or living in a tight budget that it is irresponsible to own pets. I have an idea, why don't they lower their prices so more people could afford to take their pets to the vet !! My doc was seen for 2shots and a nail trim. I was charged 155.00 . Part of that charge was a well visit. My dog had a well check up 4 months prior to this. Vet tech I dealt with today was the coldest person I have ever come into contact with. Employee obviously doesn’t like her job. Horrible experience!!! Left me in tears.
They were very rude and showed little sympathy. My friends and family have been there before and were happy, but I had the worst experience ever. The staff showed no concern at all, and once they talked to the vet I was treated with even more disrespect. My dog really needed to see a vet!
