Michael and his team were great. They did a great job of keeping my wife and I in the loop throughout the approval process. He sat us down and walked us through every line item in the loan to explain each item. This was especially important to me since I was a first time home buyer. This was our 2nd time using Michael and his team for our mortgage needs. Based on the great service we received on our first time using them, we did not look at any other options. They are that good. Michael even called the sellers realtor when we were in competition to buy the home we wanted. He explained to them our positive financial position and helped us get the home versus other buyers. They were in constant communication with me and always ready to field any question I had (and didn't make me feel embarrassed if any of my questions were silly).
