Michael and his team were incredible from day one. His assistant, April, gave us all of the documents necessary in the first e-mail with a checklist. Being a first time home buyer I had no ide what to expect. It was quickly made clear after meeting with Michael. I honestly don't know if I could have made it through the process without Michael. When my whole world was upside down he personally guided me through everything, beginning with establishing my credit! He and his staff, especially April and Larry, are just amazing. Michael and his team were very responsive and walked me through every step of the process. Anytime I had a question I was able to reach Michael or someone on his team immediately. Michael handled my loan personally and made me feel like I was his first and only priority. This was extremely helpful in easing any anxiety seeing we were purchasing in Texas and Michael is based in Georgia, and sometimes there are different rules in purchasing homes from state to state.
