Michael and the team did an amazing job of making the house buying process easy. As a first time home buyer, there were questions and they had answers. Like many people I am sure, I was hesitant to work with Access National as opposed to walking into a familiar bank again - boy oh boy am I happy I did! There were so many positives to this whole experience! The personalized attention was amazing, the fact that (even though I was invited to) I never actually had to drive to an office made my life so much easier as well. Mr. Anthony or a member of the team (Larry) would always present themselves in a professional manner, present me with updated information regarding my account, and answer any questions that was asked.
