Anthony, Larry, Gloricel, Rashida and the crew were awesome!! You can tell they put customer service first and foremost above everything else. Michael and his great team went above and beyond to make our transaction happen. We had such a short closing date and the buyer had many financial issues we had to work with. It was down to the final moments and they stayed late to get all of our paperwork in to get the loan funded. The process was simple and easy to understand, and I loved getting the weekly updates from Michael and Larry. If I refinance in the future, I'll definitely work with Michael again. Michael and his team, especially Larry and Brian are wonderful! They make sure the process is seamless! Michael even provides his cell number and helped me during his personal time.
