Issues with the app that created a second call asking questions that had already been answered by another person which caused credibility concerns of Churchill Mortgage. It apparently was my mistake when initially signing onto the app but there was only one natural path when getting started and once I did I couldn't stop the extra application. Also I now receive 1-2 pieces of junk mail per day from Churchill, I am not impressed as I was specifically trying to avoid the type of company that would do that.

I think there were too many of your employees communicating with us about the mortgage documents. It would have been easier to just deal with one contact person.

You should send out a complete list of documents your office needs in the beginning instead of asking for it piece meal. Three weeks after we started the process and sent in the paperwork and we thought that was all you needed, we had to pack up our documents because the movers were packing us up. Then you wanted something else. You asked for our drivers licenses 3 times. It’s obvious your people don’t talk to each other. Our info should be in one central location for everyone to see.

We had great communication with Michael Brown but once we were sent to the assistants, it took a turn for the worst. Im not sure if it was just the way we were getting the money for the down payment but we felt like we were never given the best/easy option to complete a task. Ultimately, once we were done directly talking with Michael Brown, our experience was frustrating, and tiring. Loved Michael Brown though.

With the tale of treat you like a neighbor promise of our bank (Huntington) with a quote of 7.83% for 20 yrs. We asked for a 10/15 yr. term. We said that this isn't going to work out NO Thanks. With your ads on Dave Ramsey We've been hearing & thought we knew that Your people could do a better job than that on a mortgage. We'd learned that we were better with money than the (Huntington Way) . Got the term wanted with rate 1/2 of their quote(s).
