Churchill did not get the loan package to the closing company on time and we nearly missed our closing. The Pipeline Manager went on vacation and did not ensure this was done before leaving. The closing company pulled some strings and got the package & secured a notary on a couple hours notice.

Michael was great. But the process of dealing with the underwriter was completely unacceptable. They lost documents, asked for things multiple times, and informed me 24 hours before closing that I needed to come up with over $3,000 in cash. Lynne Dover was the person communicating with me, but I get the feeling the underwriter was the source of our frustration. This was our third home purchase and it was by far the most complicated and frustrating. I cant imagine using this organization again.

Michael himself was awesome!! However, the team supporting him (or processing the loan) were extremely average. Often I felt like the requests were more like demands; and I understand that the loan doesn't get processed and approved without me fulfilling these requests, but the tone was less than customer centered at times.

1) I haven’t closed yet- and you are sending me a survey. 2) Maggie and Michael miscommunicated about my rate lock. 3) I was in the parking lot for the closing and Maggie emailed about the CO and I then found out I couldn’t close. Not getting duplicate requests for most documents after already submitting them. Seemed like files weren’t updated very expeditiously causing duplicate requests.

I feel like some info from my last loan ( address specifically) got duplicated instead of verified and corrected. This created a little issue. Also phone calls rather then emails would have been nice at times.
