Mike and his team (Kim and Sandra) were always quick to respond to our many questions throughout the process (this being our first time refinance). Mike and his team are very responsive and overall great to work with. There are things I wish would have been better. For example, the initial rates we were quoted were not accurate after our credit was run. Or our escrow onsite was not confirmed until the day of. There were a lot of one-off emails. All that said, I would recommend working with Mike and really appreciate his assistance in our refinance!
