He took extra time to answer questions about some features I still didn't understand about my Honda. Also, I used your shuttle service twice that day, which was an enjoyable process. Both drivers communicated exactly when their arrival would be.
My Pilot had a recall for a fuel pump.the work was done promptly and all my interactions with the Honda Service employees was very satisfactory.
