Very good experience Happy with service
I came in to check the noise my car was making. The agent said she didn't see my appointment on the schedule and yet after I set one up, I called twice and left messages saying I didn't need an oil change but can I still bring my car in to check that noise. She said they could look at it and I happily waited. I don't know why they didn't see my appointment or my messages. Anyway, they gave me an answer and an estimate to fix it.
The Service Manager listened to my concerns and had my wiper blade fixed under warranty and had my recall work done in a timely manner.
Service was great & wait time was goid
On time, thorough, good explanation. Ford and BMW alway wash the car when serviced
