the driver side seat belt won't stay in the clicker. So, I needed to get that fixed right away because I didn't want to drive without a seat belt. They were very honest and found a dime stuck in the driver side seat belt clicker and didn't charge me to fix the problem.

I came in to check the noise my car was making. The agent said she didn't see my appointment on the schedule and yet after I set one up, I called twice and left messages saying I didn't need an oil change but can I still bring my car in to check that noise. She said they could look at it and I happily waited. I don't know why they didn't see my appointment or my messages. Anyway, they gave me an answer and an estimate to fix it.
