The recall on my steering was completely in the 2 hours they had stated. I used the shuttle service back and forth. Very kind driver.
My service was handled professionally and quickly by the team member who checked me in. I was having some trouble with my leg and she did her best to get me in and out quickly. I really appreciated that. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. She let me know what I could expect at my next service, like I would probably need to get brakes. It was a pleasant experience overall.
They addressed both recalls and took care of what needed to be done for them. My phone doesn't allow the speakers on the driver's side to function. It works with the mechanics phone, so I will have to make another appointment to deal with that.
My job was done fast and so far all is well.

Performed free replacement of the fuel pump, which had been recalled. Performed lube and oil, tire rotation and balancing and all points inspection expediently. I'm very satisfied with Honda mechanics work!
