We were informed that the replacement of the radar detector for the collision avoidance system would be less than 1.5 hours. However, when the service advisor checked with the shop she was advised that it could be two hours or more and we were offered a loaner. We took that loaner (going thru the additional paperwork for that) only to be called 20 minutes later stating our car was ready.
