We didn't have to wait for drop off, and Jose explained the service up front. We were given an estimate of how long it would take, and it was completed within that time frame. We are very happy with the service and how we were treated.
The shop does a great job. Work was completed very quickly. Love the discount coupons for service. DON'T GET RID OF THE SERVICE COUPONS!!!!!!!
Service tech wrote me up for a B12 oil change and rotation. Then she reminded me of a recall on my tailgate and checked to make sure they had the parts. So we did that then she said they recommended transmission service which we also did. All of that took only slightly longer than estimate for oil change and recall to be done. No pressure for any of it.
Car smelled like gasoline for a couple of days afterwards, cleared up eventually.
