Made an appointment with a nice young Lady, and when I arrived her coworker a rude man, took over her Job regardless he was disrespectful, rude and aggressive, and the worst his manager back him up. Realize he is the terror of the women in that service Department. It's evident he is an aggressive bully covered by the Manager's Service, they are buddy's and cover up. Safety hazard at the dealership Park lot due to lack visibility at night. Dealership does not offer competitive prices. Lacks lobby staff upon entry. Overall experience, I do not recommend to my friends and family.
They refused to do my oil change do to tight drain plug but still charged me for air filters. Took it back to bill pearce and it was done in 30 minutes.
Engine air filter and cabin filter is so dirty but didn't change it
