I took it in for an oil change & realized after I got it home that it wasn't performed. Only the tires & transmission fluid was done. Also was told that I had a knocking in the engine which they couldn't identify which occurred after I had the carbon buildup removed from the pistons prior to that. It seems with only 53,000 miles on my engine (with regular maintenance) it shouldn't have a problem. My conclusion is the mechanic must've done something to cause it. I will be seeking professional help.
Took months to get ahold of the service department. They simply just didn't answer the phone. Left a message mm multiple times a week for months and never received a call back
I had an oil change then 5 days later took it in for a recall item. The free inspections had significantly different measurements for tires and brake pads in fact the brake pads somehow got better after 5 days. The tires went from 3,4, and 5's to all 3's. The young lady that helped me after the oil change said she would email me some tire quotes. That never happened. Also said the battery needed to be jump started after oil change. I had a pretty awful experience at the service shop. I told them my issues, and then came to service for several hours only for them to tell me how they handle the issues that they diagnosed, that I told them about, then was charged 300 bucks. I'm not coming back :)
Worst experience ever! Feel discriminate, and did not fix the problem after two appointments and 6 hours of total wait time.
The sales and closing were smooth. However, the tint on the back window is so dark that I cannot see anyone in the rear of the car which makes it very dangerous. I would not be able to see an emergency vehicle. The front side windows are also so dark that I cannot see anyone coming from either side. Exiting onto a freeway requires me to put the windows down to see. I have asked for the tint to be removed; I have asked several times; they did nothing about it.
Wouldn't give me any idea of what they'd pay for the car I'd be trading in, unless I bring it onsite first. I live in Evansville, IN and would not just drive across the country for a starting number. They couldn't offer any sort of range of price for my car, not even with the VIN, mileage and pics. I wasn't asking for an offer, I was asking for an idea of what they're computer program tells them they'd be able to pay for a 2014 Honda CRZ with 116k miles in general, in great condition... that way I know if it's worth bringing... read more
Didn't follow up on a number of things that needed to be addressed and only you seem to be interested in making a sale.
They did not listen. They talked over the top of me pretty much that was the conversation.
