The sales rep did a great job helping me into the best vehicle for my family. The finance rep was a liar & cheat. He pawned off the warranty, gap insurance, & a tracking device as included with purchase but were in fact an extra $6,000 in cost. Once I noticed this he removed the warranty & gap insurance, but tricked me into keeping the tracking device. I returned it & they refunded the cost, only after lying in the 1st place. Don't trust the finance as they would lie to their own mom.
