I chose to be served by a person named Daniel because he spoke Spanish. He made to come to Honda with the vehicle twice. The first day, he didn't do anything to the vehicle (Honda system even notified me by text that I had missed my appointment), and the second day, when the service was finally performed, the man was indifferent, justifying everything and and telling that my son was not clear in the first appointment . They charged me $200 to tell me there was nothing wrong with my car. Took it to a local shop and they did a FREE visual inspection and found the problem
Had my oil changed and tires rotated. I have never had a problem at Honda in 6 yearswell my back tire almost fell off while driving. Lost two lug nuts and the rest were loose . Thank god my brother is a mechanic and fixed it immediately.
Honda Service department couldn't duplicate the problem, so they charged 1 hour labor ($195) for diagnostics even though the car is still iunder warranty !?
Over-filled the oil and didn't clean it up. Leaked all over my garage floor. Had to take to dealer to find out and have it cleaned up. Also, when they rotated the tires, they didn't check the inflation and a week later the low tire pressure lite came on. When checked the pressure in all four tires was at 25 psi.
The service was good; however, I had to argue with service guy as when I purchased vehicle in October 2014, I was given two free oil changes. He said I wasn't entitled. I ended up having to find Noah, finance person who assisted me. Got the free oil change, which was I now suspect, in my file.
They install things in your car without your authorization or ask and make you pay for it. Not a bad experience over all, but they installed a low jack in my car, which I never wanted, couldn't take off the bill, and still needed me to come back to Carson City during the week to get it activated? I don't want this thing, $700 I could have saved, doesn't work because has to be brought back in to the dealership M-F to be turned on thet never happened so it's an expensive useless lump in my car.
Wayyyy too expensive for what we did not get. The "Low Battery" light comes on regularly (even the Service Writer saw it), and the dealership's fix was to put the battery on a charger. (Duh!) This warning light activation has been happening frequently for a long time now, but we ended up paying for a "diagnostic" charge, and the problem still exists. No fix, just a battery charge. I took it in for an oil change & realized after I got it home that it wasn't performed. Only the tires & transmission fluid was done. Also was told that I had a knocking in the engine which they couldn't identify which occurred after I had the carbon buildup removed from the pistons prior to that. It seems with only 53,000 miles on my engine (with regular maintenance) it shouldn't have a problem. My conclusion is the mechanic must've done something to cause it. I will be seeking professional help.
