Are not helpful, refuse to fix my car that is one year old, under warranty. Rude staff.
The service itself was fine, as usual. However, on returning home my wife noticed that the mechanics didn't reset the service-level notification. When she called the shop, they said she'd have to bring the car back across town. She asked, isn't there something I can do. She felt the clerk dismissed the possibility because of her age (in reality, she has high tech expertise). I wish I would have had more time or been in better condition health wise so I could have gone to better dealer. Not Happy at all!
Horrible attention to details by service workers. Work half completed and left for me to discover. One of which was a repair to my vehicle that they broke the first visit and didn't bother to say anything about, found it when vehicle was presented to me. This was only the second visit to the dealership and I can't stress enough they do not pay attention or have enough integrity in their job to do it correctly. What else aren't they doing? Puts into question every thing they touch!
2and 1/2 hours seems a long time to get a oil change.
My wait time was 4 hours. They need more service employees. My mileage setting was off when I got my car back. Now I have to make a special trip down for them to fix it right.
Tires were rotated and as a result the tire pressure monitoring system issued a warning after a short drive. Why don't staff remind customers that the system will probably need to be calibrated and/or start the calibration process for the customer?
We came to an agreement on the price of the car I was an auto state buyer I had cash did not need financing I wanted to leave the car there after purchasing it the sales agent had to go talk to her her manager about leaving the car there in the meantime somebody else came in looking at the vehicle they never called me or anything they sold the vehicle to that person after having the deal made with me very poor business especially from a certified Honda dealer. To be Honest I was disappointed in the lack of communication. I brought My Ridgeline in on a Friday afternoon I was told they would call me back the next day to let me know what the problem was By 2pm no call back I called them and was told everyone was busy and they would call me right back 4;30 pm I called back same story Long story short I kept calling getting the same answer they were all on other lines and would call back long story I was not called back until Tuesday of the next week
