The people are all very nice, but the waiting area is not that comfortable. A lot of us had to sit on barstools.
I was less than totally satisfied - You charged me for a tire rotation with only 3 K miles on the car - was that really necessary? Also you don't have the ability to offer a car wash.
Waiting for service in a very clean and comfortable waiting room, clean rest room and a very courteous staff makes a visit very easy.
