Customer service very good. Kept me updated. Was in for 12,000 mile service, and was in and out in about 40 minutes.
The service went well and the service advisor was very helpful this time. I really appreciate when they say it will be and hour or less and keep their word. The time before this that did not happen, and the upsell attempted forced me to bring my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion and the repairs that were actually needed.
