As always, the service department is efficient and competent.
Everything went fine, no issues with car or service.
The service writer was very pleasant and efficient. The car was serviced in about 1.5 hours, great! Service was explained, car is in great condition, needs brakes next time, which I already knew. I most appreciated that no up selling and padding of bill was attempted, and parts prices were reasonable, unlike the dealer in Reno. It is well worth the 45 minute drive to get great service and no BS or profiteering. Thank you.

Fast and easy to make the appointment. All work was done in one day which shocked me. I did miss the normally free car wash though.
Just needed an oil change and tire rotation. Got me in and out in an hour with no appointment.
Had to wait 20 minutes for a pickup? But it was a Saturday. Felicia was great, very smart and helpful. No place to park

They did the job but they were horrible about being in communication. For that reason alone I would not recommend them.
