The purchase and trade in for a new Subaru was reasonably efficient and to the point. It did require a few rounds of negotiations but better than we have experienced from other dealers. Their followup support was very helpful on Q&A on how to use all the settings. Not unique to this dealer, but the was a fair amount of selling after the agreement was reached.
