Excellent service experience at Michael Hohl Subaru. I did not have an appointment, so I was curious how the Express Service would go. Service was quick and professional. Celso (service advisor) made the process easy. I was very satisfied with my experience.
Always a good experience! Feel comfortable knowing my Subaru is getting expert care. Staff are great with help and info. When they could not get me in on time and I had to wait they discounted my oil change.

Scott the service advisor always treats me with a professional manner. He listens to my concerns and offers what I consider great guidance. He told me when my car would be finished and the work was completed ahead of time.
Service was good, but they did tint my front side windows. I couldn't understand why I couldn't pick the color, I would've thought they would've matched the back windows. To me the ones they did are too light. would've liked it Another shade darker probably.. but like I said, they didn't give me a choice. They just did the work.
