Had a problem, during an oil chsnge, my tires were rotated & none of the lug nuts were tightened. Problem identified at a local tire store & initial repair was done. Took my car to the dealership obviously not happy as the initial repair only replaced 3 of the studs. Dealer replaced all of the studs for all 4 tires at no cost to me & reimbursed me for the $380 expense I incurred. It was s huge mistake but was pleased that they took responsibility and fixed it properly!

Staff professional and courteous. What I did not like was the "low jack" which was not included in the advertised price. We had to pay extra for something we did not need.
the loner car is an excellent thing they have going on, Fellicia is excellent service provider. could give a few money small amout perks so to make the patron feel better at the end of the day, they do get advertised and be nice that they would work when a person needs them for bigger service needs.
