When I arrived, someone immediately came out to take my information and my car. Inside, they paperwork was completed and I love that I got a ride home and a ride back in the afternoon. The drivers were very polite and friendly. Great service!

I phoned Michael Hohl Subaru to make an oil change appointment for my Crosstrek Sport, and asked for any discounts available. Adam recommended the "happy hour" special of $69. Drove right in on Tues 2-25-25, was helped by a cheerful woman at the desk. Waited in the waiting room, and was out in less than an hour! They even helped me discover just 1 of the back seat doors had the child lock engaged. Driving me crazy that one door opened fine, and the other wouldn't open! My service with Chris excellent. I have two exceptions regarding service: My glove compartment was open and now it doesn't shut properly. I did not get a updated new sticker telling me when my next service is required. Thank you!!
