Service writer Chris was engaging and professional during the write up and explaining 33k mile service along with recommendations. After I left and a couple days later when I replaced my battery acting on the recommendation from Chris, I noticed that some fluid levels had not been topped off. I plan on contacting him to see if that was part of what should have been completed during service
I am always treated well, they hear my concerns, they check out my issues, keep me updated on repair progress and give me an accurate estimate on charges and get my car out in a timely manner. I recommend Hohl Subaru to everyone that is looking for Subaru Service. Honest and timely repairs. Thanks Adam, you ROCK
