Service writer Chris was engaging and professional during the write up and explaining 33k mile service along with recommendations. After I left and a couple days later when I replaced my battery acting on the recommendation from Chris, I noticed that some fluid levels had not been topped off. I plan on contacting him to see if that was part of what should have been completed during service
I am always treated well, they hear my concerns, they check out my issues, keep me updated on repair progress and give me an accurate estimate on charges and get my car out in a timely manner. In this day of "lack of customer service" environment -- Desiree and Adam of this dealership REALLY (we mean it, not just from a surface level) helped us with our 2019 Subaru Outback repair/service. Desiree went over and beyond to repair the battery draining problem & managed to fix it, at no cost to us. We are retired and we only have a limited income, this act of kindness genuinely helped us. Once again, Thank you Desiree (and Adam of course) -- for the AWESOME customer service !
