You were great. Your loan processor was not: He always seemed hurried His phone etiquette was awkward He missed a major change in my salary structure which caused MAJOR WORRY He sent me the educational portal way too late which would have elevated questions and anxiety He kept acting like I needed to get prepared for everything to get rolling. KB was so far behind building the home I had to finally tell him "Bro, I was prepared months ago. I am waiting for you guys!"...LOL
