Michael was very responsive to our emails, questions and concerns. Even when we shot off an email on his day off expecting a response when he returned, he still responded that day. He spoke to us like humans and not a transaction. He was sincere and truthful and was a respectful during our conversations. When we lost our processor due to a better opportunity, he helped us get connected to the "new" one and helped us ease our concerns during this late transition. Thank you!
