Overall, a great experience. It went very smoothly. It was very easy, straight forward. The only hiccups we had was towards the end when somehow the appraisal and the appraiser was being difficult. Even then, Mike came out with a better plan. It wasn’t what we hoped it would be, esp as first time buyer. But with Mike and the rest of the team, everything became possible.
