The process was smooth as expected. Michael and the other ladies that work together were awesome. And when I have a question he picks up his phone ASAP, also he calls me back when I get his voicemail. When I feel unsure or have concerns he made sure everything is on the right track. Making me and my wife feel confident and solid to the ground!

Although I understand that Covid restricted the process a little we still closed early. My only suggestion is that to not have a single point of failure when it comes to receiving documents. I had to resubmit previously submitted docs when a person quit your team!
