Michael is truly the BEST! We had the wrong realtor for 5 months and he came in and got our place sold right away. His ambition and honesty are what makes him a solid choice. He was right there to help us with anything & everything from start to finish. We would highly recommend him and will surely be passing him along to family and friends who will buy and sell in the future. Simply the BEST!!!

Highly knowledgable about the market and incredibly realistic in his expectations. Used him as both buyer's and seller's agent and he was excellent in helping to complete both transactions. This is the only agent we will ever use in Hoboken.

Michael Klein is a top notch realtor. We were originally working with another realtor and had our property in closing stages, when a buyer bailed out of the deal 2 days before closing. We were panicked that we would ahve to re-rent our condo for another year, as the last realtor did not have a great many people interested in our condo. we decided to give Michael a very quick chance before we re-rented the condo out and Michael started to work immediately. Michael represented us in three real estate transactions (one rental, one purchase and one sale). He is a true deal maker. He knows the market very well, he knows the process and above all he knows how to structure transactions. In all three of our transactions there has been some element on non conformance and Michael was always able to make the sellers and buyers come to an agreement. He is highly responsive, fair and honest.
