Michael has been a great resource for us. He assisted us in finding our new home, as well as accompanied us on one of the weirdest/longest/excruciating real estate transactions in recorded times. Once we finally were ready to move in, he was able to find us tenants to our Hoboken apartment in record time (before we actually had it listed).
