As a first-time buyer, Anton was a tremendous help throughout the entire process. I was looking to close on a property against a VERY tight timeline, and Anton's stream of communication was always responsive, effective, and efficient. I would be more than happy to work with him again.
Anton was phenomenal in our apartment search. He was always quick to get us into apartments, good with relevant information, and quick to respond after the visits. We ended up negotiating with our landlord and Anton facilitated it efficiently. A group of friends is moving in two months and I will be putting them in contact with Anton.
I sought Michael's advice on how to get out of an existing contract of sale I had with a developer. I decided to reach out to Michael because of his numerous 5 star reviews. Even though he was not my real estate agent, he provided excellent advice, strategy and walked me through all my options over many conversations. I would recommend Michael to anyone in need of a realtor. Not just because he has a wealth of knowledge and experience but also because he's willing to go the extra mile!

No one is better than Anton Mayer. He's done such a stellar job with this transaction. Every step of the way, he was there for us, know his stuff, and got what needed to get done, done. I don't see myself using any other broker than Anton.
I have moved 5 times within the past 7 years and working with Anton was easily the best experience out of all them. Anton is professional, responsive, and makes a sometimes complicated process a breeze. Michael works with you less as a realtor but more as your real estate advisor. His knowledge and experience/expertise makes him an invaluable advisor. He sold our Hoboken condo at a great price and very quickly in a challenging market. And Michael will keep in touch as he likes the relationship to be long term.
