I recently sold my Hoboken apartment through Mike by whom I was so impressed for his professionalism and knowledge. He understood the emotions that a seller would go through and his advices were always sensible and backed up by thorough research and analysis. He under promised but over delivered. In my opinion, a buyer or a seller would do himself/herself a good service by using Michael.

We went with Michael as our agent for our house sale due to his expertise, good ideas and strategies. He was very adept at explaining himself and answering all our questions and we felt like working with him would be both easy and beneficial. It was indeed both. For the house sale itself, we worked together to implement a strategy and it worked, we got multiple offers on day 1, several of which were above asking price and had our pick of the litter. What more can you ask?
As for Michael as a person & agent, I will say this. We ran into several twists and turns during our house sale, none of which Michael was responsible for, and when we asked for help, he did so efficiently and without complaint. I never had any issue getting him on the phone, with him usually answering my call right away day or night and if he didn't, he was excellent at checking his messages, texts, and returning calls promptly. He helped with certain things an agent doesn't necessarily have to do themselves, he even helped give advice and help on the house we were purchasing at the same time, a deal that didn't involve Michael or pay him a cent.
If you're looking for an agent who is easy to work with, will likely have an educated answer to any question you could ask, and will do everything he can to get you the home/sale you want in a timely fashion, Michael's your guy.

Michael was recommended to us about 8 years ago when we sold our condo on Garden Street. He successfully guided us through a difficult sale.
Since then, he placed well vetted tenants in our rental condo twice. When it came time to sell this condo, we had full confidence in Michael’s knowledge and expertise in the Hoboken market. He was invaluable in recommending improvements and connecting us with tradespeople necessary to ready the unit for sale. The result was we went from listing to closing in 1 month. We are very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Michael for buying, selling or renting.

I met Michael Klein of Liberty Realty almost 14 years ago as we were owners in the same building in Hoboken, NJ. I knew Michael as a meticulous and sharp individual with great integrity. Fast forward 10 years to 2014 and I was in need of a realtor for a quick sale of that property. It was then that I remembered Michael who I quickly hired as my realtor. I was happy to learn that Michael was the only realtor in the area to be awarded the top honor of Platinum in the Circle of Excellence every year since 2005! With Michael’s large network of connections we had an offer on the property in a matter of DAYS! The closing was quick and with zero issues or surprises. Now, in 2018, I am once again in need of a realtor and I quickly thought of Michael. We exchanged emails and I hired him right away. Michael is THE premier real estate agent in Hoboken; his knowledge of the area is second to none. He had my unit under contract in 3 DAYS for well over asking. My husband and I just purchased a new home with Michael Klein and I am still astounded at the customer service we received. Michael honestly left no stone unturned while helping us in this purchase. From lending us air mattresses to use before our furniture delivery date, and the welcome basket, to having every phone call and email and text answered or responded to almost immediately, with solutions. We are blown away with Michaels ability to solve any issue and the way he conducts business with the highest level of integrity I have ever seen. Clearly, I can’t say enough!

I am a real estate agent and have been in the business for almost a decade. I recently purchased an investment property and I thought it was going to be simple, but it was nowhere near simple. Michael was the listing agent, and I was representing myself. The deal became complex as the sellers were going through a nasty divorce. Consequently, it took several months to close. Every week I received a call from Michael updating me on the status of the sale. He would explain to me the week's problems and the dance he had to do to get over the hurdles. I have to say that I don’t think that this transaction would have happened with any other agent. Michael is my competition, but if you have a complex deal, I will not do it with any other person.
