Michael was a very good advocate for me as an applicant. The Support Staff processing, underwriting, title company, AZ disbursement company were PATHETIC. They had no concern for timeliness took almost 3 weeks longer than originally projected (this for a refinance of an existing Mutual of Omaha loan that was done 3 months ago), brought up new issues after initial completion on every stage. This was even worse than my first experience with Mutual of Omaha. PATHETIC

I have had the pleasure to close two loans with Michael. The first time we ended up rolling all the closing costs into my loan as it appraised higher then the sale price!
