I am pleased that I got a irrl and Michael reached out to us. I did not receive as much communication on this refi as I did on my last. Maybe because it was an irrl and many of the requirements were different and less. One point that sticks with me is at the beginning I was led to believe that I woud not have a payment for 2 cycles which was not the case. Points bought lower rate? Told total cost would be around 4,000 turned out to be in excess of 6,000
