Michael was the only agent from multiple lenders to take an extra step and text message me after my loan inquiry so I called him back. He was great throughout the process, working with me on Saturdays, evenings, etc to get this processed. He answered any questions I had and was my ally throughout. This made the lending experience informative as well as productive.
