Mike was extremely patient and informative about all the loan options available with BNC bank. He was most concerned with ensuring the best rate/closing cost option was provided based on my situation. Mike communicated clearly, promptly and was solution-oriented. I went with this lender after putting in a request on Zillow. Originally it said there would be a lender credit that never came into play. Maybe that was on an original mortgage and I did a VA IRRL? Also, there were two occasions where the lender gave me incorrect information concerning my eligibility. When I received the final paperwork there was also money due at closing for which was not what I wanted. Everything was corrected and I was able to close the loan. Mike was very helpful with our refinancing. He kept us posted with the rate changes after we decided not to proceed with what we got during initial inquiry. He offered us the best combination of rate and loan cost. He stayed on top of it until we successfully closed it. It was a great experience working with him and strongly recommend him to anybody looking for home loans.

I was referred to BNC after shopping 30-year VA IRRRLs on the Zillow website. BNC consistently offers the best rates and lowest costs / highest credits for this refi program. I fully expected there was some kind of catch or trick which would explain the favorable numbers. To my pleasant surprise, everything came through on the refi as expected. Mike responded to all my communications in a timely manner. I would do business with this company and Mike again.
