He promised me the world to get me to switch to him as my lender and then did not deliver on those promises. Everything was last minute and he did not communicate well once we signed with him as our lender. Very dissappointing. Costed us a lot of money in interest and I wish I never would have switched lenders, but couldn't switch back as it was too close to our closing date so we were stuck.
