Mike was knowledgeable, clear and available throughout the process. His team sets the standard for customer service. I was very impressed that when I reached out to Mike the first time he was honest and let us know that the refinance may not be in our best interest. However, the market changed within a month and Mike communicated clearly why we may want to revisit a refinance. We were able to close quickly and every aspect was efficient.
