Michael and his staff are knowledgeable and courteous. They made our refinance experience extremely simple and pleasant. They were quick to respond to questions we had and to help us obtain documents that were needed for the refinance. When closing day came there was no last minute flurry of 'missing documents' or things like that, it was smooth and straightforward. This refinance was by far the most convenient and professional loan experience in which we have been involved.

Mike has been so helpful with us in buying our first home! He is wonderfully pleasant to work with, he does what it in your best interest, and kept us in the loop the whole way through.
