Mike and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were able to close before the holidays. They even called in personal favors to get our appraisal done right away when the requirement was added during the final underwriting (when normally we would have been weeks out if not months), and then they even covered the cost since it had been a surprise. Truly amazing service. This is the third time we've used Michael Picore for our financing, and we'll never use anyone else.
