Michael and his team were exceptional in handling my purchase of a condo in Colorado, especially since 99% of the work was done via telephone or internet, and I live on the east coast with a 2 hours time difference! Every question, concern or computer "irritation" was handled with calm, professional assistance. Everyone kept me up to date with needed documents, time lines and other logistical formalities. It was a pleasure to work with Michael, et al. Now I just need to pack up and get moving!

We've purchased many homes over the years, but this simply has to be one of the easiest mortgage processes we have every gone through. The document handling done via Bay Equity's Floify site was wonderful to use and very efficient for us as a working couple who didn't have time to take off and bring documents physically to the office

Mike made our loan process go as smooth as silk. He answered every question, every email immediately and with care as if he was getting the loan for his family. He was kind and patient and provided top notch customer service. He attended our closing and is still in touch with us if we have any questions or concerns. He is a lender that you feel you can trust and he makes you feel comfortable to ask any question. We would highly recommend him.
