This was the best lender we have used in our years of purchasing homes in Idaho and Colorado. They met all deadlines without fail. Michael and his team made a very intimidating experience of buying a new home smooth and easy to understand. We originally tried to work with an online lender and luckily our real estate agent pointed us in his direction. As soon as we switched the whole process became much easier, friendlier and smoother.
