The only thing that I can recommend is improving communication just a little. I brought this up to a couple of AmCap folks. Most home owners are not mortgage/lender/title professionals and we don't live in that space daily like you do. For example, I needed a change made to the loan disclosure. I wanted for almost 2 weeks to receive the updated docs before I was told that I needed to sign the original docs before I can receive/sign the updated doc. Cited that mortgage docs are never deleted
