I have absolutely no problem with the way the process went other than the uploading of documents. If you have to amend or add to a doc you can’t find it unless you have created folders. The actual experience with Michael was good. The survey should include a response between ok and great

Last minute ask documents sign and not ready to document for closing date and no notice time on title company (title company did't know about closing time and wait 1&half hours).no notice exact down payment and closing cost .

Lack of timely communication. His email was getting spam-trapped by my ISP and it took two weeks for him to follow up by phone as to why I was not responding. Closing figures were not received until AFTER 5pm on the day before an AM closing.

The communication is not always clear and is always sent late in the evening, which is very inconvenient as most businesses are already closed if things are time sensitive and needs to get done during business hours.

My credit process was not the easiest. I had several issues and concerns that were basically addressed through email. I wish they would have been more communication via telephone. Throughout entire process, I was only called twice. There was no personal connection for me to trust the process in the hands of the loan originator.
