I have absolutely no problem with the way the process went other than the uploading of documents. If you have to amend or add to a doc you can’t find it unless you have created folders. The actual experience with Michael was good. The survey should include a response between ok and great

There were several times during the loan process when emails were not sent to all parties on the loan application. Additionally, confirmation of receipt of documents was not provided, and office staff was frequently unavailable on the phone.
