Michael just helped us with the mortgage on our new home. He made the process very easy. He answered all of our questions immediately - even on nights and weekends. He was very patient and explained everything that we asked. He knew exactly what needed to be done so that the closing day would go smoothly. I can't say enough good things about Michael and his associates at Guaranteed Rate Affinity. Michael was extremely professional, helpful, and accessible throughout the entire process!
