As a first time home buyer Michael took the time to hand hold me through the process, always available to answer my questions and really gave me the guidance I needed to purchase my first home. In addition to this I had a very quick close and Michael's team made it happen very fast, keeping me on track for deadlines to get things done. I also felt like Michael was a trusted advisor throughout the process. He was a pleasure to work with and I love my new home!

I worked with Michael to purchase the condo I currently reside in. He was very patient with me as a first time home buyer. He understood when I didn't understand certain aspects of the process and was able to communicate and teach me what I needed to know to be comfortable in purchasing the condo. Michael provided some amazing services for the mortgage for our new home. He was extremely responsive from the very beginning, often replying to emails within a few minutes. He was able to help us get a long term rate lock which was perfect for us since we were building a home. However, in the end, rates were actually lower, that we were able to float down to a lower rate. I would definitely recommend Michael!
