Michael was very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Additionally, he listened to my goals and found a loan product that fit eligibility criteria for the 4-unit multi-unit I bought. The competitor could only offer an FHA, but Michael found a fixed-rate conventional product that will result in a lot less interest over the life of the loan. Another reason I appreciate working with Michael was how easy he made it to float my rate down 0.25% after I had already locked it in weeks prior.

I was a first-time home buyer, and Michael worked very well with us, explaining all that we needed to know. He was always available for questions, even on the weekends. I didn't wait more than a few minutes for a text response, or maybe 10 min for an email response. The mortgage process was very smooth. We closed on time, and for less than originally predicted. I would highly recommend him.

Michael was such a great pleasure to work with. We were first time home buyers with very little knowledge on the finer details of the lending process.
