Michael was amazing to work with, as a first time home buyer and someone who was buying out of state he handled all my crazy questions and never batted an eye. He helped me close a FHA loan in less than 30 days something that I have been told is near impossible. My hats off to him and his entire team for achieving the near impossible for me.

Michael worked with us throughout a few potential real estate transactions. He was always extremely responsive and provide explanations for all our options. Once we entered into an agreement of sale, Michael check in throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly and no items were missing. At closing, Michael walked through each document. It was a pleasure working with Mike and would recommend him to anyone looking for a trusted advisor.

Michael worked us to buy a dream house where we had less than 6 weeks to get to settlement. Michael and his team worked hard to streamline the process and I was able to close on time with no last minute surprises so I could close while on vacation in Asia.
