Michael was the perfect person to guide us through our scariest purchase ever - our first home! He was a calming, knowledgeable presence at every step, from the beginning stages of figuring out what we could afford... all the way through signing. He explained all the confusing real estate terms in plain language for us to understand. I recommend Michael for anyone buying a home.

As a first time home buyer Michael took the time to hand hold me through the process, always available to answer my questions and really gave me the guidance I needed to purchase my first home. In addition to this I had a very quick close and Michael's team made it happen very fast, keeping me on track for deadlines to get things done. I worked with Michael to purchase the condo I currently reside in. He was very patient with me as a first time home buyer.
